I'm on a low carb diet. For Breakfast I eat 1 egg and 2 pieces of bacon, lunch small salad and any type of meat, dinner any type of meat and mixed veggies. Bedtime snack i eat 2 scoops of the low carb ice cream. With all the meals you drink a cup of grapefruit juice and dinner 1 cup of tea. Drink lots of water. In 1 week I lost 5lbs.. After 3 weeks I lost 12lbs. Need to exercise people-thats the main thing, then you will start loosing weight. On this diet you can loose up to 50lbs in 2 1/2 months. I hope this will help some people. |
