I Agree with Barb, I am also a Professional trainer, former pro bodybuilder and current Olympic strength coach. Milk also has a lot of natural sugars that you do not need during dieting for a show, the calcium in milk is useless for the body, although the excessive milk ads in magazines and on tv would have you believe otherwise. Milk does not do a body good. The US, Canada & England has the highest rate of milk and dairy consumption in the world, those countries also have the highest rates of arthritis, obesity, heart disease and cancer, it does'nt take a scientist to figure that one out, just a bit of common sense.
