Some of these claims are a gross oversimplification. Cow's milk is perfectly healthy. It's a great source of calcium and contains all of the essential amino acids. That's why we've been drinking it for thousands of years. It's part of our evolvement and our heritage. Regarding soya milk or any soya protein for that matter 'it is completely useless to a human being' in fact its quite harmful. Yes it's high in protein but it also contains numerous protein inhibitors making it impossible to digest!
