Some of you were correct in saying that no other species drinks the milk of another. The Calcium we get from Pasturized milk is absolutely useless to our bodies. Our bodies basically excrete it from the body without using any of it. Milk is heated to around 160* Thus killing any nutrients that would be helpful to our bodies. I also agree with the one that mentioned the Eggs...but there are other species that do eat eggs of other animals....Take the alligator or snake for instance. They both eat bird eggs....But take this into consideration....their bowels are very different from those of humans and they also can be considered carnivorous. Animal protein has been shown to cause many health problems ranging from allergies to colon cancer. So do I recommend you taking a supplement? Absolutely. DO I have a recommendation? Absolutely. Will I tell you here? Absolutely not because I Would rather contact you directly for any help or concerns you may have. If you have any questions or just want some info, I can send you a tape or some printed material to help.... If you want me to contact you, please post here and I will be glad to assist!

Have a good day!
