I drink Skim Milk and it is great for body building. I also use Whey protien derived from milk which is the best protein source available. I gained ten pounds of muscle drinking 4 litres of skim a day when training for a competition. I did not suffer at all. Please skip the extreme views that are swayed by your personal lifestyle choices (Vegan vs carnivore) this isn't a forum on those issues, and see what works best for you. A certain percent of the population is unable to digest Lactose and will suffer bloating etc. This does not mean it is poison. Enjoy your health |
