What does it take to get in tip-top shape to achieve peak physical endurance? A well-rounded fitness plan is the answer. exercise alternatives. Whether it's lifting weights or using large elastic exercise bands balls are the ultimate in work-out tools. They're the type of tools anyone can have at home.

But resistance training is not limited to fun work-out paraphernalia. Push-ups, back raisers crunchers and a host of other exercises can be done to work the various muscle groups.
